General Insurance and Payment Policies

Marble Falls Minor Emergency accepts most of the major insurance carriers with special attention to the insurance providers of our local employers. Even if we don’t participate in your preferred provider network, we are still happy to see you as an out of network provider. We will even assist you with the paperwork that you need to get reimbursed from your insurance company.

Payment in full (except for contracted insurance payments) is expected at the time of service unless special arrangements are made.

MFMEC offers a 20% "prompt pay discount" to those paying in full at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards and personal checks.

If you would like us to try to contract with your insurance so that you can receive “in-network” benefits, please have your employer’s personnel (or benefits) supervisor contact your insurance company or contact us us at: mike@mfmec.com
