WebVisit is a cost effective means to consult with a physician on-line about non-urgent health conditions. In a webVisit, you're presented with a series of questions about your symptoms and other important health information. Your answers help the physician determine the best course of treatment for you.

There is a $ 38 fee for the service. Some insurances do cover the cost of WebVisits.

Appropriate prescriptions are faxed to your Texas pharmacy.

If your problem is not suitable for a WebVisit, the physician will make recommendations to be seen by a physician including possibly making a referral to a specialist.

The physician will respond to your problem within 24 hours of the request. Usually the physician will respond much sooner. If you have not received a response within 6 hours of your request, please call our home office (830-798-1122) so that the physician can be notified of the WebVisit request.

On occasion, if you are within our local service area, you may be asked to come to one of our facilities for a laboratory test at only the additional cost of the test. You will not need to see the physician or be charged for an office visit unless you elect to see the physician.

No narcotics or other habit forming medications are available via WebVisits.
